Americas Alb(ALB.US) drops over 4%; net loss of $414 million in Q4 2025

On Thursday, Albemarle Corporation (ALB.US) fell more than 4%, closing at $167.42. According to news, in the fourth quarter of 2025, Albemarle’s sales reached $1.4 billion, a 16% year-over-year increase; sales volume grew by 12%. The fourth quarter reported a net loss of $414 million, with a diluted loss per share of $3.87. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter was $269 million, up 7% year-over-year, mainly driven by energy storage business (up 25%) and K+S business (up 39%).
