Viewpoint Network News: On February 26, Wuxi Xishan District Northeast Tang Block XDG-2025-54 will be listed for sale at 9:30 AM on March 5.

The land parcel is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Dongting North Road and Jinyang Road, with a total area of 66,000 square meters. The planned residential floor area ratio is 1.01-1.5. The starting bid is 724 million yuan, equivalent to a floor price of approximately 7,262 yuan per square meter. Building height restrictions are 12-54 meters, suitable for developing townhouses and mid-rise communities.

According to publicly available information, the land requires the construction of elderly care facilities, community service centers, property management, and cultural and sports facilities. In terms of transportation, it is surrounded by the Beijing-Shanghai, Shanghai-Rong, and 312 National Highway. The planned Phase II of Metro Line 6 will have a station nearby. Commercial, medical, and educational facilities are also being upgraded simultaneously, with RYF Plaza, Huafang Health and Wellness Complex, and the new Northeast Tang Middle School campus already established.
