The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the “Shenzhen ‘Artificial Intelligence+’ Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan (2026–2027),” which proposes building public service capabilities for open-source algorithms, data sharing, and computing power collaboration. It aims to integrate technological resources and industry data, lower the barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises to upgrade intelligently, and improve the penetration and application depth of industry smart transformation. The plan emphasizes strengthening the leading role of key enterprises, collaborating with upstream and downstream industry chain companies to explore potential application scenarios, and supporting the deep integration of artificial intelligence in core areas such as product design, product testing, operations management, quality inspection, safety production, and data analysis to create a series of benchmark demonstration projects. Focusing on the innovation and upgrading of terminal products, the plan supports the research and development of key products such as AI smartphones, AI glasses, AI+ trendy gadgets, and AI+ smart screens. Through product innovation driving technological iteration, it aims to cultivate new growth points for the industry.
