(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) has partnered with talabat Qatar to launch the “Hero Meals,” a Ramadan initiative that allows customers to donate meals directly to riders through the app.

As part of the campaign, several participating restaurants will offer specially curated meal options available within the “Hero Meals” collection on the talabat app.

Customers can support riders by adding a Hero Meal to their order with just a few taps.

The donated meals will be distributed to riders, providing a simple and meaningful way for customers to show appreciation during the holy month of Ramadan.

QRCS Managing Director – Secretary-General Engineer Ibrahim bin Hashem al-Sada stated: “At QRCS, we prioritize partnerships with private-sector companies that value corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a fundamental part of their business.”

“Ramadan is a time for reflection and generosity,” said talabat Qatar Managing Director Francisco Miguel De Sousa. “With ‘Hero Meals,’ we are pleased to launch an initiative that enables our customers to directly support the riders who serve our community every day.”

“Partnering with QRCS ensures that this campaign is carried out with credibility and a meaningful impact,” he added.
