The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that the Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee, affiliated with the House of Representatives, will hold its meeting on February 24th starting at 10 a.m. Although this session was originally scheduled at the SEC headquarters, bad weather conditions forced the organizers to switch to a digital format. The event was therefore held entirely online via a webinar, allowing all members and observers of the House of Representatives to participate remotely in this important advisory committee meeting.
