Yunnan Province will reward industrial enterprises with a year-on-year increase of more than 6% in industrial electricity consumption, accelerating the transformation of green energy resource advantages into industrial and developmental advantages. Industrial enterprises whose electricity consumption in the first quarter of this year increases by more than 6% year-on-year will receive a reward of 0.05 yuan per kilowatt-hour for the incremental increase (with a maximum reward of 400,000 yuan per enterprise). For those whose total electricity consumption for the year reaches 5 billion kilowatt-hours and increases by more than 6% year-on-year, a reward of 0.02 yuan per kilowatt-hour will be given for the incremental part. Additionally, support will be provided for the integrated development of new energy and hydrogen (ammonia) production. For integrated projects with an annual green hydrogen production of over 100 tons, a continuous three-year reward of up to 13 yuan per kilogram will be granted.
