Lithium ore prices continue to consolidate, but as the holiday approaches, logistics face shutdown risks. Lithium salt companies still have strong purchasing intentions before the New Year, with many buying points at higher prices. Overall, the basis for lithium ore settlement shows an upward trend. Lithium salt prices are rising, and the premium in the high-quality electric lithium carbonate market remains. Upstream lithium salt factories are becoming more reluctant to sell as prices increase, and some plan maintenance later. Overall, domestic supply in February has decreased slightly, while overseas supply has increased modestly. Currently, most lithium iron phosphate manufacturers maintain high operating rates. The decrease in February production is mainly due to the Spring Festival holiday or production line and product adjustments.
