8 Things Men Can Do to Become Stronger

1. Practice Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises are also called rejuvenation techniques. Consciously contract the anal sphincter, hold for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. This counts as one repetition. Repeat 10 times for one set, and do 3 sets daily. Consistent practice can improve male sexual performance.
2. Protect Your Waist
Regularly massage your lower back (areas like Shenshu, Guanyuan, etc.). Traditional Chinese medicine considers the waist the "residence of the kidneys," so keep it warm and avoid cold. Drink warm water often and eat less cold food.
3. Deep Squats
Deep squats strengthen the muscles of the waist, hips, and legs, improve endurance, and help men avoid fatigue during intimacy. High-intensity muscle training also stimulates testosterone secretion, which benefits male sexual ability.
4. Sleep Early and Get Enough Rest
Staying up late damages the liver and kidneys, causing hormonal imbalance. Long-term late nights weaken immunity, lead to obesity, hair loss, decreased intelligence, bad breath, and dampness. Aim to sleep before 11 PM.
5. Reduce Smoking and Drinking
Smoking harms health. Moderate alcohol consumption is okay, but excessive drinking lowers testosterone levels, reduces libido, and causes obesity. Alcohol also damages the liver, leading to fatigue and exhaustion.
6. Drink Warm Water
Adult men should drink at least 1.5L of water daily (excluding alcoholic beverages). Men often socialize, and insufficient water intake can cause toxin buildup, increasing the burden on the kidneys.
7. Eat Nourishing Foods
It's normal for men to experience deficiency. Include these foods in your diet: pig kidneys, pig waist, lamb, beef, pigeon meat, oysters, sea cucumbers, cashews, ginseng, Cornus officinalis, Eucommia bark, raspberries, maca, mulberries, Cistanche, yellow essence, black beans, black sesame, and black goji berries.
8. Soak Feet at Night
Soaking your feet at 9 PM can warm the kidney yang, as the kidney meridian's qi and blood are weaker at this time. Warm water increases body heat, promotes circulation, helps eliminate dampness, relieves fatigue, and has health benefits.
