Mumbai, Feb 26 (IANS) The excitement surrounding Bhooth Bangla continues to grow as the film marks the reunion of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and acclaimed filmmaker Priyadarshan after 14 years.

To further boost anticipation, the makers have released the film’s first song, “Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge.” The song is an energetic track featuring Akshay Kumar in full entertainer mode, giving a glimpse into the film’s fun-filled universe.

The song features Akshay Kumar in his classic style, navigating through the Bhooth universe and its many quirky ghosts.

“Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge,” composed by Pritam with lyrics by Kumaar, is sung by Armaan Malik and Aarvan (Dev Arijit). The rap segment is written and performed by Mellow D.

Recently, during a media preview of the “Bhoot Bangla” song, producer Ektaa Kapoor revealed that when they approached Akshay with the script for “Bhooth Bangla,” he immediately decided to join without hesitation.

Ektaa also mentioned that when they expressed their desire to have director Priyadarshan on board, Akshay was very happy.

She further shared that when her team presented the script to Priyadarshan, he appreciated it but also wanted to make a few changes, which Ektaa and her team agreed to.

Ektaa added that once the agreement was finalized, everyone came on board within three days.

Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with Cape of Good Films, Bhooth Bangla stars Akshay Kumar, Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, and Rajpal Yadav. Directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ektaa R Kapoor.

The movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on April 10, 2026.
