Securities Daily News reported that on February 25th, JinDi Co., Ltd. responded to investor questions on the interactive platform, stating that in the development of harmonic reducer flexible wheel blanks, the company innovatively adopted precision stamping to replace forging processes, and collaborated with upstream and downstream industry chains to develop special materials. They successfully achieved import substitution. Currently, the grain size level testing indicators of this product are within the common range for harmonic flexible wheels, meeting high fatigue strength requirements. Meanwhile, the company continues to develop and trial the precision processing of flexible wheel blanks, ensuring seamless integration between the forming and finishing processes of the blanks and the subsequent finishing, honing of internal holes, and gear hobbing, enabling close collaboration with customers, reducing repetitive investments in tooling and fixtures, lowering overall supply chain costs, and achieving cost-performance advantages.

In application testing, based on an internal durability test report from one customer, the flexible wheel blanks produced by the company’s stamping process (Model 25) were assembled into the same model harmonic reducers used by the customer with forging process-produced parts. Under the same conditions of output shaft torque of 200-250Nm, accelerated testing showed no cracks in the flexible wheels before the coupling grease dried out. The quality of the flexible wheel blanks produced by the company’s stamping process is comparable to that of the forging process-produced products. Due to different application scenarios, testing methods, conditions, equipment, and standards among downstream customers, the internal test results from a single customer do not represent the requirements, testing conditions, and standards of other downstream users. The company will continue to expand product models through R&D and testing, actively develop industry chain customers, and lay a foundation for subsequent mass production and market expansion, enhancing new quality productivity.

Currently, products related to flexible wheel blanks have not yet generated revenue and do not significantly impact the company’s performance. Investors are advised to be aware of investment risks.
