Jingwei Huikai Announcement: The company’s senior management, HOO YONG KEONG and Jiang Aiping, have resigned due to work adjustments. Mr. HOO YONG KEONG resigned from director, deputy general manager, and other positions, and directly holds 1.293 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.23% of the total share capital. Mr. Jiang Aiping resigned from the positions of deputy general manager and chief financial officer, and his relatives do not hold any shares of the company. The company appointed Ms. Wang Lei as deputy general manager and chief financial officer.
