Rest days are February 15 (Little New Year’s Eve), and February 20 to 23 (the fourth to seventh days of the lunar new year). If employers schedule employees to work overtime on these days and cannot arrange compensatory leave, wages must be paid at no less than 200% of the employee’s daily or hourly wage as specified in the employment contract.
