The scope of production suspension continued to expand during the week, with large and medium-sized aluminum plants basically entering the holiday around the 12th. Market shipments have stagnated, industry production has slowed noticeably, and the operating rate has quickly fallen to a temporary low. It is expected that after the holiday, as companies resume production one after another, the operating rate will show a significant rebound.
