CoreWeave (CRWV) stock price dropped over 11% in pre-market trading, after the company reported its Q4 2025 earnings which showed a per-share loss of up to $0.89, far exceeding expectations; at the same time, its Q1 2026 revenue outlook was also disappointing, projected to be only $1.9 billion to $2.0 billion, below expectations. Although the $1.57 billion revenue exceeded forecasts, concerns about its aggressive expansion strategy, debt reaching up to $21.37 billion, and negative cash flow (despite backlog orders totaling $66.8 billion) are growing.
