(referred to as “Dahu Mining”), recently received the “Approval from the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission for the Xiadong Antimony Mine Mining and Processing Project in Xichou County” issued by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission to the Wenshan Development and Reform Commission. The company indirectly holds a 55% stake in Dahu Mining through its wholly owned subsidiary, Baitie (Beijing) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Dahu Mining is a controlled subsidiary of the company. The mining license for the Xiadong Antimony Mine in Xichou County is valid from July 3, 2024, to July 3, 2034. The mining type is antimony ore, with underground mining methods, a production scale of 90,000 tons per year, and a mining area of 0.3799 square kilometers. The total proven (retained) resources amount to 1.115 million tons of antimony ore, with 34,900 tons of antimony metal, and an average grade of 3.13%. Among these, the proven resources include 155,000 tons of antimony ore, 5,608 tons of antimony metal, with an average grade of 3.62%; controlled resources include 358,000 tons of antimony ore, 12,730 tons of antimony metal, with an average grade of 3.56%; inferred resources include 602,000 tons of antimony ore, 16,562 tons of antimony metal.
