Information Times Report (Reporter Zhang Liu Jing): Recently, the 13F institutional holdings data as of December 31, 2025, shows that the leading low-altitude economy technology company EHang Intelligent (NASDAQ: EH) continues to attract the attention and recognition of institutional investors in the capital market. Data indicates that the institutional ownership percentage has increased to 29.08%, a steady rise from 26.85% at the end of Q3 2025, reflecting a continuous increase in institutional holdings.

It is understood that in Q4 2025, several globally renowned investment institutions significantly increased their holdings of EHang Intelligent, demonstrating their confidence in the company’s leading position and long-term development prospects in the global advanced aerial transportation field.

Among them, SIG Haina International Group, a leading global quantitative trading and comprehensive financial services firm, increased its holdings by 957,000 shares in Q4, bringing its total holdings in EHang Intelligent to 2.73 million shares. Additionally, the 13G filing shows that SIG holds approximately 3.615 million beneficial ownership shares of EHang Intelligent, accounting for 6.9% of the circulating shares, making it the company’s second-largest external shareholder. Industry insiders point out that the cross-verification of 13F and 13G data not only confirms the substantial increase in the holdings of top-tier institutions but also indicates a deepening of their participation. Meanwhile, top international investment bank Morgan Stanley also added 786,000 shares, further expanding its position.

Furthermore, top global financial institutions such as UBS Group, State Street Corporation—one of the world’s largest asset management firms—and Fidelity Investments, a leading global asset management giant, also increased their holdings to varying degrees in Q4. At the same time, large asset management firms like Norges Bank and hedge fund Point72 continued to add positions or entered the market anew, reflecting high long-term interest in EHang Intelligent’s business model and market potential.

Of particular note is that Baillie Gifford, a globally renowned long-term investment firm, purchased approximately 871,000 shares of EHang Intelligent in Q4 2025, making it one of the top ten external shareholders. As a Scottish independent investment firm with over a century of history, known for long-term investing, Baillie Gifford is famous for discovering and holding disruptive growth companies for the long term, having been an early significant shareholder of Tesla, Amazon, and other tech giants. This new position further confirms that EHang Intelligent, as a pioneer in urban air mobility, is gaining recognition from top-tier long-term capital worldwide.

Analysts point out that the continuous increase in institutional holdings and the entry of heavyweight shareholders indicate that EHang Intelligent’s shareholder structure is shifting toward high-quality, long-term capital concentration. This structural change provides the company with more stable support in the capital market, helps enhance its visibility and liquidity, and lays a solid shareholder foundation for future business expansion and strategic implementation.
