It is reported that Agustín Carstens and Luca Maestri have been nominated to run for positions on the boards of UBS Group and UBS AG at the upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting in April.
William C. Dudley and Jeanette Wong will not seek re-election. It has also been announced that Vice Chairman Lukas Gähwiler will step down from the board.
