The Shanghai Stock Exchange has released the “2026 List of Practical Projects for the Market” for the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The list includes five areas and ten “practical” initiatives, covering main business sectors such as listing review, frontline supervision, product innovation, market services, investor protection, and information technology. First, optimize information disclosure channels to improve the convenience of information access. Second, enhance the quality and efficiency of regulatory services to improve corporate governance. Third, enrich index investment targets to better meet diverse investment needs. Fourth, deepen comprehensive service provision to strengthen market participants’ sense of gain. Fifth, continue to promote fee reductions and benefits, lowering market operation costs, with an expected benefit of approximately 1.113 billion yuan to the market in 2026.
