What happens after the sell-off? When the bad news is fully priced in, the market may rally again

There is a classic logic in the crypto market: when the bad news is fully priced in, it becomes a bullish signal. As founders approach the end of their token sales, many start to anticipate a "rebound window."
The core of this logic lies in the disappearance of uncertainty. The market fears unresolved selling pressure the most; once the scale and pace are clear, it becomes easier to digest. If 900 tokens remain to be sold, it indicates that the phase-specific variables are coming to an end.
But don’t forget, price movements depend not only on sellers but also on buyer enthusiasm. If market risk appetite recovers, the fully priced-in bad news can turn into a catalyst for upward movement; if external liquidity tightens, a single factor alone may not reverse the trend.
Humorously, it’s like a rainstorm finally ending, and everyone starts debating whether to go outside. But going out still depends on the weather forecast, not just whether the clouds have cleared.
The end of a sell-off may be an emotional turning point, but a trend requires more conditions to form. The market won’t automatically enter a bull market just because “the sell-off is over.”
