Xu Jiayin's nephew's luxury house in Guangdong sold at auction for 50.16 million yuan
On February 26, a luxury home valued at 44 million yuan in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, was auctioned on the Alibaba foreclosure platform and was purchased by a buyer for 50.16 million yuan. The property owner is Xu Huojian, nephew of Evergrande Group Chairman Xu Jiayin. The foreclosure platform announcement states that the property is located in Qiaoxin Huiyue Tai Community, Tianhe District, with a construction area of 317.5 square meters. Reports indicate that in 2023, the second-hand market price in Qiaoxin Huiyue Tai exceeded 300,000 yuan per square meter. Based on the appraisal, the listed luxury home’s unit price is only 138,000 yuan per square meter.
