You can't get out of a situation by self-reflection alone.

Self-reflection may seem like solving a problem, but in reality, it's just your mind spinning in place. It gives you a sense of accomplishment from thinking, but it also allows you to avoid the fear of action.
If your goal is: "I want to get fit"
Then your actions are:
- First, write down your fitness vision (imagine the perfect scenario) + the consequences of not taking action (how much worse will things be after 5 years if you keep doing the same)
- Set a time limit (3 weeks)
- Take the smallest action (run for 10 minutes)
- Record data (mental and physical condition)
Review
Focus only on the data of your actions
- If your mental state improves from 3 to 5, it indicates progress and you can continue
- If your afternoon execution rate is low, adjust the timing
Reflection time should not exceed 10% of action time
That you lying in bed, thinking of ten thousand lives
That you taking action, creating a new kind of life
