The collaboration aims to attract millions of USDT users to the decentralized exchange ecosystem. With the support of Selini Capital, the app has already launched its first HIP-3 markets on Hyperliquid, backed by USDT0. The token is an omnichain version of Tether’s flagship coin, developed using LayerZero technology.
According to the statement, since its launch in January 2025, USDT0 has processed transactions totaling over $50 billion across 15 networks.
The Dreamcash team estimates the initiative’s target audience as “huge.” Potentially, it includes:
Traders who regularly use USDT for margin lending on CEXs;
Investors holding savings and working capital in stablecoins;
Users from regions where USDT is the standard settlement unit for all cryptocurrency transactions.
Since mid-January, the app has opened access on Hyperliquid to more than 10 markets for perpetual stock options on tech companies like Tesla, Nvidia, Google, Meta, and Microsoft, as well as the S&P 500 index, gold, and silver.
In early February, the daily trading volume on the HIP-3 decentralized platform exceeded $5 billion. The main provider remains TradeXYZ, accounting for nearly 90% of the segment’s turnover.
Recall that this month, Tether became a strategic investor in LayerZero Labs, the developer of the interoperability protocol.
