A small tip for early trading in precious metals—gold and silver can be the focus for intraday trading. Enter long in the morning to seize the opening volatility, then take a break, and continue to monitor the trend in the afternoon. This rhythm is quite comfortable for day traders. The long-term bullish logic for precious metals remains valid, and the long opportunities for XAU and XAG should still be seized. As long as you stick to the long-side approach and patiently wait for pullbacks, there will be opportunities.

Wait, did the long positions start in the early session? I need to check the on-chain fund flows first. Recently, large transfers have been happening abnormally frequently. The movements in gold and silver are definitely manipulated by whales; I need to monitor the activity of institutional addresses. Your logic sounds very comfortable, but big capital has already laid out their positions long ago; retail investors are just catching up. Going long is fine, but I need to first track the interaction records of those suspicious wallets starting with 0x. The afternoon trend feels a bit like a black box; I’ll crawl the data again at dawn to take a look.

Chasing gold and silver in the early session, I agree with this rhythm, but it all depends on patience in watching the market.

It should be pointed out that your argument of "intraday volatility + long-term bullish" has obvious flaws. Based on on-chain and spot data analysis, the price driving logic of precious metals has long been completely rewritten by Federal Reserve policy expectations. Merely following opening volatility is no different from rowing a boat to mark the sword.
