#策略性加码BTC $BTC Monday Market Recap

On Monday, the Bitcoin futures market experienced ups and downs, soaring from a low of 90175 in the early morning to 92488 by noon, then being pushed back down. In the evening, it tested the bottom around 90066 before stopping the decline. Throughout the process, the price fluctuated within this range, a typical narrow-range consolidation.

$ETH's performance was largely synchronized—opening at 3090 in the morning, reaching 3170 at midday before encountering resistance, then oscillating downward, with a low of 3061 before rebounding. This trend reflects a tug-of-war between bulls and bears.

From a practical perspective, such volatility actually presents profit opportunities. Going long or short along the trend can both be profitable. In this wave, Bitcoin gained 2400 points, and Ethereum gained 91 points. As long as the rhythm is right, the more volatile the market, the more advantageous it is.

**Technical Analysis**

The daily chart has shown a rebound with two consecutive bullish candles after five consecutive bearish candles, indicating that the selling pressure of the bears is gradually weakening. The middle band of the Bollinger Bands has been steadily rising, now serving as the lifeline for the bulls—each dip is supported here. Based on this sign, the subsequent market is likely to recover gradually along the middle band.

The four-hour chart is even clearer. After two bullish candles testing upward, the price has broken through the upper band, a typical volume breakout signal. All moving averages are diverging upward, with no lag, indicating strong bullish momentum.

Since the overall trend has already broken out upward, the trading strategy for tonight is very clear—go long.

**Specific Layout**

$BTC: Enter long positions around 91500, targeting the 93500 range.

$ETH: Enter long positions around 3100, targeting the 3250 range.

Market behavior is often best approached by simply following the technical signals straightforwardly.

Coming back with this again? Narrow-range fluctuations are what I dislike the most—effort without reward.

Narrow-range fluctuations to repeatedly harvest the little guys; if the rhythm is slightly off, everything is gone.

Narrow-range fluctuations are like this—sometimes bullish, sometimes bearish. Quick hands make a killing. The middle band of the Bollinger Bands is really reliable; it always rebounds, so going long feels like no big deal. 93500 is a bit far away. Can we first take a small profit at 92000?

Narrow-range fluctuations are really a harvest machine for the leek, repeatedly rubbing is just a washout It's the same old rhythm, last time I heard this set of words, it directly hit the limit down Enter long at 91500? Feels like it will be smashed back down, only brave warriors dare to chase high now This kind of market looks comfortable, but trading it is really exhausting 2400 points? Are you really bragging or did you actually get it? Every time, you can really hit the rhythm right Heard the phrase "middle band of Bollinger Bands as the life line" too many times, all technical analysis is just armchair quarterbacking after the fact

Narrow-range fluctuations are the most annoying market condition. It feels like the evening comes without doing anything... By the way, is 2400 points real? Why didn't I catch it?
