Dollar Tree, Inc. (DLTR) has named Stewart Glendinning as its new Chief Financial Officer, with the appointment taking effect on March 30, 2025. The finance leadership transition replaces Jeff Davis, who will remain briefly with the company during the handover period.

Glendinning brings substantial financial expertise to the position, having held global CFO roles at major corporations including Tyson Foods and Molson Coors Brewing Company. Most recently, he served as CEO of Express, Inc., bringing both operational and strategic perspective to Dollar Tree’s finance organization.

Since joining Dollar Tree earlier this year, Glendinning has been instrumental in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. His responsibilities have encompassed key restructuring efforts within the finance department and overseeing the evaluation of strategic alternatives for the Family Dollar division—a critical focus area for the retail company’s future direction.

The appointment reflects Dollar Tree’s confidence in Glendinning’s ability to navigate the company’s financial operations while supporting ongoing business transformation efforts.
