Partial State: revolution in block validation
This is the most transformative proposal. Nodes could validate new blocks without maintaining terabytes of data in local memory, instead relying on compact cryptographic proofs. It dramatically reduces hardware requirements. A node operator could validate the network from a machine with modest resources, democratizing participation.
