#密码资产动态追踪 I have interacted with too many traders, and I was once one of them. We were all deceived by the false prosperity of the bull market, led by the daily ups and downs of the market. Entering with 5000U, eager to turn things around quickly, but due to frequent operations, the account eventually became unrecognizable.

It's not that there are no opportunities, but that the mindset is too impatient. It's not a lack of understanding, but a lack of discipline.

Truly consistent profitable traders are always "selective attackers," not "market chasers."

Later, I set some bottom lines for trading: control the operation rhythm, only participate in high-confidence opportunities.

The essence of trading has never been busying oneself to earn profits, but "adapting to change with constancy." When the market is unpredictable and turbulent, self-control is often more valuable than technical analysis.

I gradually outlined three pillars of a trading system:

1. Trend judgment — follow the larger cycle, resist the noise of smaller cycles;
2. Emotion capture — build positions during extreme panic, stay alert during extreme euphoria;
3. Volume verification — all fluctuations without volume support are illusions.

Before each order, I preset exit rules: profit target, loss limit, position size. I will never change my mind on the spot. I would rather watch opportunities slip away than waste capital on wrong trades.

When I reduced my operation frequency from thirty or forty times a month to single digits, something wonderful happened — the account curve shifted from rollercoaster fluctuations to a steady upward trend. Starting with the same 5000U, but with a completely different strategy, the returns are worlds apart:

A few precise entries are always more stable and sustainable than frequent reckless operations.

The market is like an elevator; if you miss this ride, the next one will come. But your capital is the only ticket to entry. Don’t deplete it in short-term frequent fluctuations.

Many losses are not due to the market being too cruel, but because of falling into the vicious cycle of "unrestrained trading" and "limited capital."

My insights can be summarized as:

· Trading is not about reaction speed, but patience;
· Profits depend not on "catching every move," but on "giving up the vast majority";
· Surviving is more meaningful than temporary high profits.

From initial thousands of U to now, what has supported me has never been precise market predictions, but ironclad self-discipline: when the market is frantic, I choose restraint; when the market falls into despair, I stay rational.

A bull market is just a process; survival is the foundation. Stay present, operate steadily, and when the big wave truly arrives, you will have the chips to shout "I am ready."

The crypto market is never short of opportunities; what’s lacking are those who are still inside the market and patient enough to wait.

Well said, that's exactly the point. Frequent trading really is the killer of principal; I've seen too many accounts go from a few thousand dollars to a few hundred dollars just like that.

That's right, frequent operations are really suicidal. Several friends around me have died this way.

Frequent operations are like playing mahjong with your own principal. Wake up, everyone.

Well said, it's really a matter of mindset. I used to be the kind of person who made 30 to 40 trades a day, and later my account was completely blown up. Now I understand that living is more important than making quick money.
