#稳定币市场 There has been a lot of discussion about U cards recently, with many people recommending them on Xiaohongshu, but I want to sincerely offer a reminder here.

The legal risks involved in issuing and using U cards domestically are much more complex than most people imagine. Using stablecoins for payments is not inherently wrong, but when they cross into certain gray areas and enter daily consumption, the regulatory attitude changes. Caixin's recent article actually addresses a very real issue: whether these products are innovative or risky, regulatory authorities have yet to give a clear answer.

In uncertain territory, I always believe that exercising caution is the most responsible attitude for oneself. Just like asset allocation, we wouldn't put all our eggs in one basket, and the same logic should apply to payment tools. Choosing mature, regulated payment methods with clear legal status may lack some novelty, but it truly ensures the safety of your assets and accounts.

In the long run, products and platforms that can withstand regulatory scrutiny are the ones worth trusting. The temporary convenience now is not worth paying for future uncertainties.
