Recently tried out a prop trading account for the first time through a platform that was recently acquired by a major exchange. The experience has been quite interesting so far. Never dabbled in prop firm trading before, but figured now's as good a time as any to test the waters.

Hmm... Is this new prop firm strategy just another way to scam retail investors, or is there really a hundredfold opportunity?

Really? Is the threshold for prop trading this low? Feels like a new way to harvest retail investors.

Buddy, new to prop firms? Be careful not to get caught in the trap; it's quite deep.

That's quite brave, jumping right in to try prop trading? My biggest fear is these new platforms, especially ones that have been acquired... But on the other hand, the market is indeed a bit slow right now, so maybe it's a good time for trial and error.

ngl the whole acquired-by-exchange move screams risk to me... they always gut the good stuff post-merger. reading between the lines here 🤔
