The CLARITY Act heads into Senate markup on Jan 15, and if it moves forward, it could finally settle the SEC/CFTC turf war, cut down on manipulation, and open the door for a wave of institutional capital. The current administration has been leaning pro crypto, and the policy winds are definitely shifting.

Analysts are still optimistic for the year: most targets land between $130K and $225K for 2026, driven by expected rate cuts, the rise of tokenization, and clearer regulation. In the near term, price action may stay choppy around the $90–95K zone, but the broader setup looks strong.
