Follow the market rhythm; do not go against the trend. Only consider building positions when the overall market is in a clear upward channel; this is fundamental. Take profits when the gains look good, around 20% to 25%, and don't be greedy. Losses must be cut quickly; 7% to 8% is the bottom line, and stop-loss immediately once reached. Many people treat risk management as an option, but in reality, it is your true advantage for consistent profits. Trading requires discipline.

You're right, stop-loss is really a watershed moment. I've seen too many people stubbornly hold on and refuse to cut, only to end up blowing their accounts.

That's right, discipline is the key. Without it, you'd have been liquidated long ago.

That's right, the stop-loss hurdle really traps a large number of people.

That's right, stop-loss is really a lifesaver. I used to get caught up in greed and lose everything. Now I strictly execute a 7% stop-loss and exit.

That's correct, but there are too many people with poor execution.

There's nothing wrong with that, but very few people can actually do it.
