Amex Exploration Inc. This acquisition represents a crucial piece in Amex’s broader land consolidation strategy. When integrated with the company’s existing Perron Gold Project holdings—including the adjacent Perron West Project and additional staked claims—the combined property portfolio now encompasses a district-scale land package of approximately 501.08 km². The consolidated territory sits within a prolific geological setting that demonstrates significant potential for both high-grade gold deposits and copper-enriched volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineralization.

Project Fundamentals and Infrastructure Advantages

The Perron Gold Project in Quebec comprises 183 contiguous claims covering 65.75 km² and has already yielded substantial high-grade gold discoveries alongside VMS zones. The expanded property package benefits from exceptional logistical advantages: year-round road accessibility, proximity to regional airport infrastructure (approximately 30 minutes travel time), and strategic positioning just 6.5 kilometers from Normétal. The location’s proximity to operational processing facilities operated by major precious metals producers further enhances its development potential.
