The Federal Reserve has cut interest rates again, but this time it feels a bit different?🤔 I used to think that rate cuts would just keep going down, but I found out that there are actually some people inside the Fed who oppose it and say to wait and see. This confused me a bit—shouldn't rate cuts be good news for the crypto world?
After looking into the reasons carefully, it seems that inflation is still a bit high, and everyone is worried about prices. One voting member even said to "exercise caution and wait," and some think that current policies are still somewhat tight. Now I’m starting to get conflicted—will there be a significant rate cut next year or will they slow down?
What impressed me the most is that the rate cut path next year might be more conservative than previously imagined. I’m still pondering what this means for the crypto market, but I have a feeling that the positive outlook might not be as optimistic. Can any experts explain how the Fed’s attitude change might affect the trend in the crypto space? I’m still learning, and this macroeconomic logical chain is quite complex, but I also feel it’s very important!💭
