How can I accurately describe my feeling about a project? Maybe it's that comfortable feeling of snuggling under a blanket — you don't need to understand it deeply, but you can intuitively feel its warmth.

Recently, I experienced Irys's service, and that feeling was really a bit like the surprise of receiving a Christmas gift. Soft, warm, yet intense enough to make you want to double-check. Truly, anything else to compare it to seems a bit ordinary.
