#加密货币监管 The US Cryptocurrency Market Structure Act seems to be really coming to fruition??? I saw news that senators are pushing hard, and even bank CEOs are going to the White House for meetings to discuss it. It feels like this time it's serious 🤔
Honestly, when I first entered the crypto world, I was a bit confused about these regulatory news. I always thought regulation = bad. But recently, after looking at some information, I realized—this bill has taken ten years to reach this point! It was previously stuck on the question of "security or commodity," and now they finally plan to solve it through classification-based regulation.
Does it sound like good news for the long-term development of the industry? After all, clear rules are always more reassuring than vague ones, although I still don’t quite understand the clauses about stablecoins… It seems to involve interest restrictions and such. Could any experts explain what impact this might have on our regular users' trading 😅
But the most exciting part is that this indicates cryptocurrencies are moving from the "underground" to "institutionalization." The Senate and big banks are starting to take this industry seriously. Does this mean my entry point is pretty good?
