ZEC has recently taken a bit of a downturn. The price continues to decline, support levels are once again broken, and the EMA lines are also consistently trending downward, clearly indicating a bearish trend. Currently, although there hasn't been a significant increase in trading volume, this suggests that a stronger decline could still be ahead — the acceleration phase has probably not yet begun.
Those familiar with ZEC know that once this coin drops in price, its daily volatility can be quite large; a $100 drop in a single day is not uncommon. Looking at the daily chart, it’s clear that the current position is unsafe, and risks are accumulating. On the market, selling pressure has clearly increased, large investors are gradually executing short trades, and the amount of funds deposited into exchanges is also rising, which is not a good sign.
Of course, there are still some clues. Recently, MACD has shown some signs of bullishness, with the histogram turning positive, and the fast and slow lines crossing with a golden cross, indicating that short-term momentum might be changing. Additionally, the Zcash ecosystem continues to operate actively, with developer activity ranking at the top, and new privacy and cross-chain integrations are being promoted. In the long term, the project remains active.
Therefore, strategically, now is not the time to rush in. What’s really worth considering is waiting for a strong decline, then after releasing the panic selling, placing orders at relatively low prices to take advantage of the recovery. This opportunity often appears after sharp drops, when market sentiment is extremely pessimistic. But remember, patience is key; deep declines take time, and order placement must be reasonable. Rushing in could easily lead to getting stuck halfway.
In summary, the current risk of ZEC outweighs the opportunity. More observation and less action are needed, waiting for the right moment. When the market naturally recovers from panic, finding a good entry point to buy the dip will be safer. $ZEC #Gate社区圣诞氛围感
