🚨 A new report from the House Financial Services Committee calls for legislative action against "Operation choke point 2.0."

The report claims that the cancellation of banking transactions and "Operation Point of No Return 2.0" were implemented by creating a state of regulatory uncertainty and granting regulatory authorities excessive discretionary power, making it difficult for financial institutions to deal with digital assets.

According to the report, banking transactions for no less than 30 entities and individuals engaged in activities related to digital assets have been canceled by U.S. regulators during the Biden administration.

The House Financial Services Committee, chaired by French Hill, is calling for legislative action, including the #CLARITY Act, to provide regulatory clarity and prevent the recurrence of such actions in the future.
