I just closed my short positions on ETH. It wasn't a stop loss, but a proactive decision - the market rhythm is too chaotic.

In 3 minutes, it came up fiercely, with RSI hitting 84, but the 4-hour chart is still pressing down. I usually don't pay much attention to such conflicts and can continue to hold on and wait for a reversal. But today's atmosphere is different - the fear index is off the charts at 11, and there's pressure from the macro environment and the Federal Reserve. This rebound looks more like a release of short positions' emotional pressure.

My short positions are pushed to the brink of risk, with about 18% space left before liquidation. It sounds safe, but that position is actually quite uncomfortable. Instead of holding onto the wrong direction at the wrong time, it's better to sort out my thoughts. I'll wait until the market signals are clearer before finding the right rhythm.
