Honestly, I'm a fan of incentive programs too. Feel like my main point is getting buried in this thread though.
The labels don't really matter to me - whether you call them airdrop farmers, parasitic farmers, or whatever else. What I'm trying to highlight is the nuance that exists within these groups. There are different types of participants with different behaviors and motivations. Not everyone farming airdrops operates the same way or has the same impact on a project. That distinction matters when designing incentive structures.
