This afternoon at 2 PM, the brokerage zone's rise narrowed to 0.11%, fluctuating between the red and green lines during the session. Compared to the technology zone, the brokerage zone's performance appears slightly inferior; however, in relation to the consumer and banking zones, its trend can be considered moderately sufficient.
Currently, 908 points have become a reasonable resistance level, and the likelihood of breaking through 942 points in the short term is not high. This reminds us that investing in the securities industry requires patience, and the days of dramatic rises are a thing of the past.
In terms of support levels, this month we are focusing on 874 points. Although the test in the morning has been passed, caution is still needed in the future market. Additionally, the repeated contest around the 30-day moving average is consuming investors' confidence in going long. A large amount of capital is flowing into the securities zone, which includes both speculative and long-term investments, and this requires a consolidation process.
From the perspective of capital flow, since the trend breakthrough on August 15, securities ETFs have attracted 32.8 billion yuan in purchases; during the adjustment period in September, there was a net inflow of another 27.3 billion yuan. The continuous inflow of funds while the zone does not rise but falls instead is a phenomenon worth noting.
Objectively speaking, it is this kind of active turnover that will become the cornerstone of consolidating the A-share market in the future. As for who is buying and who is selling, it is probably only that invisible 'big hand' that knows.
For investors, it is advisable to continue holding technology stocks while paying attention to the brokerage zone. Although the brokerage zone may face difficulties in the short term, the long-term trend remains upward. Investment requires patience, and a new market pattern is taking shape; we need to view the current fluctuations with a longer-term perspective.
