BlockBeats news, on September 22, Sky (formerly Maker) announced on social media that the penalty for the SKMKR Token exchange latency has been activated. As of today, all MKR to SKY upgrades will incur a 1% penalty. According to the regulations of Sky Atlas, this penalty will increase by 1 percentage point every three months.
