The Fall of the Genius Trader

Introduced by a friend, I tried out the new player in the DEX perpetual contract (Perp) space — @surf_protocol.
The biggest feeling is: silky smooth from the inside out.

The registration process is very simple; you only need an email or to link your wallet directly to get started, making it a foolproof operation. There are no dazzling complex designs; everything is very intuitive and clear.

After entering the trade, I finally understood why many people call it a "gambling tool:"
• A rich variety of trading pairs, especially timely listing of new coins;
•Sufficient depth, no huge slippage when placing orders;
•Up to 1000x leverage, a favorite among short-term traders.

Many people think that 1000x is a liquidation tool, but that's not necessarily the case. The higher the leverage, the smaller the loss per trade.
For example, if you split the position into 20 times, just winning once is enough to recover, and my own tests show that the win rate is about 50%.

What really made me fall in love with Surf is its trading mechanism:
•0 fees, 0 slippage
• Adopting a "you make money, I only take a commission" model; no fees if there's no profit.
This is very friendly for high-frequency trading and short-term practice; if the direction is correct, all the profits belong to oneself and will not be worn away by transaction fees.

By the way, here's a little Easter egg: my name in there is "Genius Trader Zhu Yidan", I took a 200u experience fund and ended up shorting MYX. Although I lost, the process was quite thrilling, and I want to keep playing.
