NFT investor Matt Furie, the creator of Pepe, is being sued for his alleged involvement in hacking and causing the loss of value in the collection.



A hacker infiltrated the collection "Replicandy" and compromised $310,000 in NFT sales profits.

The investor filed a lawsuit, claiming that "it could have been prevented if the author had been more careful."
