Donald Trump Talks About the CFTC Chairman Candidate Cryptocurrency! Will the Approval That Has Been Expected for Months Come?

U.S. President Donald Trump*** has formed his own executive team since officially taking office on January 20.

While there are still shortcomings, Trump is preparing for the candidacy hearing of CFTC chairman candidate Brian Quintenz.

As is known, Brian Quintenz was nominated by Donald Trump in February and will appear at the nomination hearing in the Senate Agriculture Committee on Tuesday.

At this point, Quintenz shared a written statement before the candidacy hearing and promised to provide clear classification and judicial clarity for cryptocurrency market regulation.

"It's time for a comprehensive regulatory framework, including clarity of classification for cryptocurrencies and clear jurisdiction for trade market supervision.

In the event of the law coming into effect, I am fully prepared to use my experience and expertise to assist in fulfilling any expanded duties.

At a16z Crypto, (, Quintenz, who serves as the policy director of Andreessen Horowitz's digital assets arm and has significant experience, stated that he is ready to support and shape the leadership of the U.S. in the crypto sector with his experience.

CFTC candidate Quintenz said, "I traveled the world, met with regulators and government officials in other jurisdictions, and learned what they are trying to do, what they need to do, and what works well or poorly. I am ready for the US with my experience and knowledge."

The nomination hearing is scheduled for June 10.
