Impact of Ethereum Down 3%, Traders Liquidated up to US$100 Million
The price of Ethereum (ETH) has dropped 3.30% back to the level of US$2,488 in the last 24 hours of trading. As a result, traders have experienced liquidations of up to US$100 million, equivalent to Rp1.64 trillion, according to Coinglass.
This figure is even much larger than the liquidations that occurred for tokens with small market capitalization and Bitcoin. The two recorded liquidations of US$53 million and US$43 million respectively.
Nevertheless, the price of Ethereum has risen by 56% in the last month, after sharply declining to around US$1,500 in mid-April.
