The U.S. side committed to canceling 91% of tariffs and suspending the implementation of 24% retaliatory tariffs; correspondingly, China also canceled 91% of counter-tariffs and suspended the implementation of 24% counter-tariffs, with both sides retaining 10% of tariffs. The U.S. has unreasonably imposed two rounds of tariffs on China under the pretext of fentanyl, and China took immediate countermeasures, including both tariff and non-tariff measures, to firmly safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.
