Slow Mist Cosine: Remind users to be vigilant against fake Zoom meeting software poisoning attacks.

Abstract generation in progress

On May 7, Slow Mist founder Yu Xian posted a reminder for users to beware of fake Zoom meeting software poisoning attacks: 1. Zoom links can be forged to appear as real official domain names on platforms like Telegram/X, but once the fake link is clicked, it is no longer the official domain, and users need to carefully verify the link; 2. Participants and videos in fake Zoom meetings can be faked using deepfake technology; 3. Once attackers successfully control the target device, they may steal Crypto Assets or related cloud platform permissions. This is just an example using Zoom; users should also remain vigilant when using other meeting software.
