Why do 90% of retail investors get liquidated? Because they trade with a gambler's mindset, letting emotions take over, heavily investing recklessly, feeling arrogant when they win and collapsing when they lose. True experts have already transformed themselves into chess players, calmly strategizing, winning through probabilities, where gains and losses are merely part of the trading system. To a gambler, there is only this one bet; the candlestick patterns fluctuate, heart rates accelerate, and adrenaline dominates the brain. To a chess player, however, there are 100 games, stop-loss is a cost, position size is strength, and time is an ally. Transitioning from betting on a single game to calculating the entire situation is a life-or-death leap in mindset, and it’s your first step towards turning losses into profits. So how do you complete this transformation? Step one, write down your trading rules and execute them as strictly as a chess score. Step two, treat each loss as tuition, review seriously, trace it back to the source, rather than venting emotions.
Step three, always leave yourself enough chips for the next round; clearing out your position is the only way to survive longer.
Up 30% and not selling, want to double → profit taking → getting cut → coin price soaring → slapping thighs
A 20% drop without cutting losses, wanting to break even → the more you hold, the deeper the loss → halved → playing dead → completely zeroed out
This operation makes a profit 9 times out of 10, but it's useless; 1 liquidation can wipe you out completely! Remember: the market is ruthless, the more you struggle, the faster you die.
Dear ones, during this period I have taken on several blockchain projects and have been training and lecturing in the market. My efforts are the cash flow of the projects, so I will be quite busy. Wishing everyone a happy May Day!
