Bit Digital completes acquisition of controlling stake in publicly listed company Financière Marjos
Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company Bit Digital has disclosed the completion of its acquisition of a controlling stake in Euronext-listed company Financière Marjos. By taking over the general partner Financière Louis David (holding 15.9%) and directly acquiring a 9.1% stake, Bit Digital now controls a total of 25% of the company’s shares. Going forward, the company plans to develop a digital asset treasury strategy centered on Ethereum, make direct investments, and expand AI infrastructure. It also intends to rename itself Bit Digital Europe. (lesechos)
