Golden Finance reports that the Dubai-based AI and Web3 startup validation platform Idea-L has announced the completion of a $1 million Pre-Seed round of financing, with several angel investors participating. The new funds aim to support the launch of a DAO-managed venture fund, deVC Fund, and plan to introduce a governance token.
